Prices are decent and the food is actually very good! However, the customer service lacks and the restaurant is quite dirty. Tables looked like they haven't been wiped for hours!
Unfortunately they are located in a very central area which means lots of homeless and people begging for money both inside and outside.
I would recommend getting your order to go if you do decide to stop in! -

This store is a high volume store and they do it with absolute efficiency and smiles. The manager Cassandra is personable and loves her customers. Food has great protein options that also includes vegan and vegetarian options. Great food, great service! I'll be back.

The food was okay. The customer service here was TERRIBLE. The man behind the counter was SO rude. He was getting frustrated and trying to rush me. I have never had such terrible service anywhere. DO NOT GO HERE!

Nestled in the backdrop of downtown Seattle, the faint aroma of the distant border entices passerbys. Inquisitive minds need not ponder; there is only zesty sustenance. Foray into this establishment, and you will encounter the pinnacle of perfection of Mexican cuisine (Chipotle knock-off Mexican cuisine).
I was aghast at the sight of the deserted interior. Such a view indicates a more harrowing tell of the quality of the food. However, my initial impression was quite wrong. I immediately raced to the line, and asked the gleeful employee about the many options and toppings. It was a flat fee for some Nachos and everything was included. It was refreshing to avoid listening to, "Just to let you know guac is going to cost $1.50 extra." That's right. The guacamole is free. But that isn't what defined Qdoba. It was the queso. The spicy queso is quite possibly one of the finest cheeses crafted in a restaurant. Without it, Qdoba is just another knock-off Chipotle. However, with it, it succeeded in creating its own distinguishing mark on the fast-food burrito market. -

QDDOBA is a great, quick grab and go (or dine in) lunch option for the downtown area. Even when the line is atrociously long (right around noon), it still moves pretty quickly.
Things to know - It is NOT authentic Mexican food, so please do not expect such and knock them down for it. It is a chain, the quality is pretty consistent throughout each location. Their quac is free (compared to Chipotle across the street). They have great meat, queso and topping options. You have an options between Burritos, bowls, mini bowls, tacos, nachos, quesadillas and tortilla soup (it's actually delicious and you can add toppings in it as well). The staff is always friendly and quick.
**Quick tip: I often receive coupons in with my weekly ads and papers on Wednesdays so look out for those. I also love quick places like this that offer rewards programs!
